2005年3月16日，省农业综合开发办公室土地治理处举办了农业综合土地治理与农业新成果、新技术推广座谈会。省农业厅科教处、生态农业处、生产指导处，省农技总站、省棉技站、省土肥总站、省植保总站、省环保总站、省项目办、省农广校、省种子总站、省绿色食品中心、农业知识杂志社、省种子总公司、山东农业大学科研处、省农科院科研处等16个单位的主要负责同志参加了会议。省农业厅副厅长庄文忠、助理巡视员王培泉、总农艺师张成林等厅领导出席了会议。
