2006年1月12日，山东省青年联合会十届三次常委（扩大）会议圆满成功后,山东省种子总公司总经理邵长勇同志专程从烟台赶赴青岛，与以色列育种专家们就2006年双方全面合作进行了进一步的洽谈，并2006年双方全面合作协议签署。蔬菜种子公司经理丰卫星同志，进出口分公司副经理李艳同志陪同会晤。　　会见后，蔬菜种子公司经理丰卫星同志陪同以色列专家们到全省考察。
