5月22日，日本专家佐腾先生考察团离开山东省种子总公司青岛进出口分公司到总公司济南总部洽谈粮油、蔬菜种子业务。专家团详细介绍了其公司的经营方向、种质资源，还亲赴总公司驻济种子加工厂、质检室参观了种子加工及检验设备。山东省种子总公司总经理助理、总经理办公室副主任刘强同志，粮油种子公司副经理孔繁涛同志、蔬菜种子公司业务经理陈华杰同志出席了会晤。在种子加工厂期间崔毅厂长陪同并介绍了加工设备。
