2009年6月10--20日，以山东省农业厅副厅长（正厅级）于风华为团长的赴南非、巴西山东省农业考察团经过10天的紧锣密鼓的行程，飞行70个小时，飞行距离56000公里，跨越非洲、美洲，经历冬季、夏季，考察了4个农场，参加了第25届巴西国际食品展览会，洽谈了十余家企业，了解了当地的农业、投资和金融政策，圆满完成出访任务，于6月20日晚6：30分顺利抵达北京首都国际机场。山东省种子有限公司董事长、总经理邵长勇随团出访。
